Senior Sales Officer: Lead, Build, and Drive Growth
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of exceeding targets? We’re seeking a result-oriented Senior Sales officer to build and guide a team of financial advisors toward success.
In this role, you will:
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of financial advisors, providing them with the tools and support to thrive in a competitive market.
- Diligently follow up on all generated leads, ensuring that each potential customer receives personalized attention and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Conduct engaging presentations and meetings with potential clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our financial products and tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Be a driving force in expanding our market presence and exceeding sales objectives through strategic planning and the implementation of innovative sales initiatives.
Do you have what it takes?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales and marketing within industries such as Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durables, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer/Broker networks, Education, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, or Product Marketing.
- Local Advantage: Candidates residing locally will be given preference.
