We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Manager to join our awesome sales team. As our Business Development Manager , your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Our main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Job Role: 

• Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
• Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
• Effective verbal communication to explain policy details, answer client questions, and address concerns.
• Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
• Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
•  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Requirements: 

• Qualification:  Graduation is mandatory
• Experience:  Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
• Age: 21 to 38
• CTC:  250000 to 380000
• Communication: Good communication Skill
