Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Attend to walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements

• Handle product and service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction by providing superior sales support.

• Continue to uphold exceptional standards for visual merchandising and shop condition.

• Maintain a properly stocked store

• Determine what clients require and desire

• Suggest and present products that meet the demands of the consumer

• Greet and welcome clients.

• Oversee point-of-sale operations

• Take an active part in accepting fresh shipments.

• Stay current with product details

• Describe the characteristics and benefits of the product accurately.

• Remain impeccably presentable.

• Keep the store’s surroundings tidy and organised.

• Adhere to all company regulations and guidelines.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
