Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements

• Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Make sure that exceptional sales service results in high levels of client satisfaction.

• Uphold high standards for visual merchandising and retail condition.

• Ensure the store is well-stocked.

• Find out what clients require and desire

• Suggest and present products that meet the demands of your customers

• Greet and welcome guests.

Control point-of-sale operations

Engage in a proactive manner in accepting fresh supplies.

• Stay informed about new product developments.

• Clearly state the advantages and features of the product.

• Maintain a presentable appearance at all times.

• Ensure that the store is kept tidy and organised.

• Adhere to the rules and regulations of every organisation.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
