Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Agency Relationship Manager .

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with agents and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and agent support.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license essential.
