Looking for a motivated Financial Planning Manager to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive promotion of existing brands and introduce new products.
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual plans, schedule expenditures, and meet sales quotas.
• Develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer needs, and identify trends.
• Suggest improvements to achieve marketing goals.
• Summarize market data and trends in reports.
• Implement new sales and advertising strategies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
• Stay current through educational opportunities and networking.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
