Job Description

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network

Key Performers 

  • Plan and execute ways to sell insurance directly to customers.
  • Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Find new customers through marketing efforts and build a client list.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor actions.
  • Work with teams to develop and launch sales campaigns.
  • Review sales data to find ways to improve.
  • Ensure the team hits or exceeds sales targets.

Candidate Info

  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree required for this position.
  • Candidates aged 22-38.
  • A bike and valid license are required.
