Inside Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• In charge of answering calls on a daily basis and corresponding with sales and customers.

• All sales through phone calls

• Only warm, curious leads should be called

• Must be motivated to work towards revenue targets and be interested in sales and outbound calling.

• Maintain a regular follow-up with both new and current clients.

• To increase sales, follow up on leads and enquiries consistently.

• Meet monthly goals and follow standard operating procedures.

• Have outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Follow up with potential customers closely and complete deals within the sales cycle.

• The capacity to perform well under the fair strain of sales.

• Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis and improving team performance at the same time.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
