Position Overview: Sales and Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

• Build and Lead a Team of Financial Advisors.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated, ensuring no missed opportunities.
• Conduct meetings with potential customers to explain the benefits of the financial products offered by the organization.
• Drive sales efforts to increase business revenue and achieve organizational goals.

Qualification Criteria: 

• Graduation is a Must: Candidates must possess a graduation degree.
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 21 to 38 years old.
• Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product Marketing, Etc.,)
• Local Candidate: Preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
