Job Description

Salary: Up to 3.75 LPA with additional incentives and benefits. 

Main Responsibilities: –  
– Meet sales targets by engaging with provided leads.
– Visit potential clients in designated areas to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
– Maintain daily communication with clients.
– Assist customers both before and after sales.
– Ensure business quality and foster client retention.

Candidate Profile: 
– A graduation degree is mandatory.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance is required.
– Age: 22 to 38 years.
– Candidates must have been residents for at least 3 to 5 years.
