2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing within the BFSI sector.

CTC/Salary:

₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.40 LPA, plus incentives and extra benefits.

Job Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Assign tasks based on employee skills.
• Recruit, train, and guide a team of insurance agents.
• Follow company policies and rules.
• Negotiate and close big deals.
• Use effective sales strategies to drive sales.
• Understand customer needs.
