Role: Sales Leader

Experience Needed:

2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing within BFSI.

Salary:

₹3.20 LPA – ₹3.80 LPA, plus incentives and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Assign tasks based on employee skills.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents.
  • Comply with company policies.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients.
