Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Make sales over the phone to promote life insurance

• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with prospective clients

• Locate and seize fresh chances for sales

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals

• Work together to optimise sales procedures and strategies with the sales team.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee that every customer has a great experience.

• Finding new sales prospects and establishing contact with them by cold phoning, emailing, and attending networking events.

• Creating quarterly sales reports that include important benchmarks, patterns, and highlights; evaluating data to enhance sales tactics along the funnel.

• Evaluating leads produced by the marketing department and creating a prospect’s down-funnel path.

• Arranging and participating in discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, contacting previous customers, gathering feedback.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
