Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Sell life insurance by making telephonic calls.

• Establish and nurture solid connections with prospective clients.

• Find fresh prospects for sales and seize them.

• Reach and surpass the monthly sales goals

• Optimise sales tactics and procedures by working together with the sales team.

• Offer top-notch customer support to guarantee that every consumer has a great experience.

• Finding new business prospects and reaching out to them through networking events, cold calling, and emails.

• Generating sales reports every quarter that include important goals, patterns, and highlights; evaluating data to enhance sales strategy along the funnel.

• Screening leads that the marketing team generates and creating a prospect’s down-funnel journey.

• Making appointments and showing up for discovery calls, presenting products, following up with current customers, gathering feedback,

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
