Unit Sales Manager

Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Make sales over the phone to advertise life insurance

• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with possible clients

• Find and seize fresh chances for sales

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.

• Work together with the sales team to maximise sales tactics and procedures.

• Deliver great customer service to guarantee that every customer has a great experience.

• Finding new sales prospects and reaching out to them through cold phoning, emailing, and networking events.

• Generating quarterly sales reports that include key objectives, trends, and highlights; evaluating data to enhance sales strategy throughout the funnel.

• Evaluating leads produced by the marketing department and creating a prospect’s down-funnel path for each.

• Setting up and participating in discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, contacting previous customers, gathering feedback.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
