Positions and Obligations:
• Achieve the annualised new premium and case count business objectives.
• Get new business using a variety of sales techniques.
• Engage in hiring and disciplinary procedures for employees.
• Establish and convey sales targets that complement organisational objectives.
• Assign duties and oversee employees to ensure that performance requirements are met.
• Keep an eye on sales talks and offer constructive criticism on methods
• Sustain connections with clients to comprehend their requirements
• Make the most of market research and performance evaluations to enhance tactics
• Hold regular training sessions to ensure that the workforce is informed on the latest releases of products.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
