Positions and Obligations:
• To meet sales goals, create and implement sales tactics.
• Establish and nurture connections with current and prospective clients.
• Track and evaluate client satisfaction and sales results
• Write and deliver sales reports.
• Deliver top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve and identify problems, as well as escalate issues when needed, in a timely manner in response to consumer questions.
• Professionally and empathetically address consumer problems, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee fulfilment.
• Continue to stay current with information about the pharmaceutical sector.
• Construct and manage a successful sales network
• Find ways to promote goods and services to current clients in an upsell or cross-sell fashion.
• Participate in the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and protocols.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
