Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and put into practice sales tactics to meet sales goals.
• Oversee and cultivate connections with current and future clients.
• Track and evaluate client feedback and sales performance.
• Generate and distribute sales reports.
• Deliver top-notch customer support by phone, email, and chat.
• As soon as a customer contacts you, identify and fix any problems, and escalate them if needed.
• Respond to client complaints professionally and empathetically, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee client happiness.
• Keep up on developments in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Create and preserve a productive sales network
• Seek out chances to cross- or upsell current clients on additional goods and services.
• Provide support for the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
