Job Title: Business Development Manager- Insurance

CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory graduation
  • Must own a bike with a valid license
  • Minimum of 2 years in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the agency vertical in the assigned region
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
  • Recruit, train, and motivate agents
