Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with the agency’s business objectives.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and potential clients.
– Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to take strategic decisions.
– Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
– Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
– Develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients, expanding the agency’s client base.
– Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other benefits
