Responsibilities:
– Create and execute efficient plans and strategies for sales that are in line with the agency’s corporate goals.
– Locate and seize fresh company prospects, such as those in developing areas and with new customers.
– To make strategic judgements, keep up with rival activity and industry trends.
– To meet both individual and group sales goals, the sales staff must be managed, inspired, and led.
– Give team members access to continuing education, career development opportunities, and mentorship.
– Establish precise performance objectives and carry out frequent assessments of performance.
– Establish and nurture enduring bonds with current and prospective customers by getting to know their goals and desires.
– Formulate plans for drawing in and gaining new customers to increase the agency’s clientele.
– Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner to sustain goodwill.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other benefits
