Job Description

We are in search of a passionate and innovative Market Sales Manager to become part of our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products.
• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Generate leads and build a client database through marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
You must have 1 year of field sales experience.
Good communication and people skills are a must.
You should be skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.
You need to own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
