Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Develop and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products.

·         Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.

·         Generate leads and build a client database through marketing initiatives.

·         Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

·         Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns

·         Analyze sales data to improve performance.

·         Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
• Age between 21 to 38 Years.
• Must be local candidates
• Android-based smartphone.
