Positions and Accountabilities:

• Manage the hiring, education, and professional growth of an accomplished group of insurance agents.
• Promote a culture where providing excellent customer service is highly valued.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance constantly.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of rivals and industry patterns to preserve a competitive advantage.
• To expand the clientele, actively look for new business through networking, prospecting, and attending trade shows.

Requirements for Qualification:

• You must have a bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of two years of marketing and sales experience.
• Age range: from 22 to 37.
• Must have lived in the area for 3 to 5 years at least.
