Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales and meeting set sales targets.
– In addition to maintaining and building relationships with existing distributors, he/she will also have to identify and propose appointing of new distributors.
– The role will also entail devising sales strategies, ensure efficient sales operations and share Sales data as well as market insights.
– The Territory Sales Manager will work directly with the CEO to take ownership of sales, he/she will build the necessary team and work seamlessly with the existing team.
– Devise effective sales strategies for the territory
– Will also take responsibility for receivables and payment reconciliations
– Will work closely with the accounts department to monitor sales and receivables figures

Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
