Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory

Job Responsibilities:

– Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets

– Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improving market share in the channel

– Review the team’s progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers

– Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes

– Ensure quality and persistence of the business
