We are hiring Associate Area Business Manager who have experience in sales and marketing. Also who can handle business with his or her Own Strategies.

Location : Quilandi, KL

CTC : Up to 3.80 LPA

Job Description : 

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Candidate Profile : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
