Job Description

We are looking for a passionate person to join our sales team. The Sales Team Lead’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets.

Job Description : 

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend meeting, sales events and training

Candidate Profile : 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
  • Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Customer-oriented
