We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the life insurance sector.

Location: Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jalandhar

Responsibilities:

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities in life insurance.

·         Build and maintain client relationships.

·         Achieve sales targets and goals.

·         Conduct market research and analysis.

·         Collaborate with teams for customer satisfaction.

·         Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

Requirements:

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         Minimum age limit: 21 to 38

·         Must be local

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
