Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency distribution network.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents and agency partners.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Must be local
• Age limit 21 to 38
