We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead our team in driving sales and achieving growth targets within the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of direct sales representatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Train and mentor sales team members.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven sales management experience in life insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skill’s
• mind-set and target-driven approach.
• Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
• Must be local
