Responsibilities:

• Recruit and on board insurance agents through various channels.
• Train and develop agents on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Set performance goals and monitor agent productivity.
• Expand agency network and market presence through strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales and marketing experience
• Must be local
• Age limit 21 to 38
