We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Agency Development Manager in Agency Vertical for India’s Leading Insurance Company.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.

– Monitor and report on team progress regularly.

– Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

– Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.

– Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.

– Develop strategies for expanding our market presence

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

– Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Sales and Marketing department.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.

– Track record of meeting sales targets.
