Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming & Greeting customers
• Provide accurate information on our products (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services, weight and other details)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure display are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the allocated area.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
