Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents within our organization

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train insurance agents to expand agency network.
• Develop strategies to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
• Support agents with training, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in agency development or sales management within life insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Must be local
• Age limit 21 to 38
