Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency distribution network.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents and agency partners.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Must be local
- Age limit 21 to 38
