Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with individual customers in the direct channel.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Guide customers through the application and underwriting process.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
