Seeking a proactive Customer Sales Services Manager to lead our Direct Channel team in life insurance. You will drive customer acquisition, manage sales performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee service quality and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Certification in insurance sales or management preferred.
