Join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager where you will assist in driving sales performance, managing a team of Direct Relationship Managers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in our direct channel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the direct channel.
- Manage a team of Direct Relationship Managers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in sales management within 1 to 2 years’ experience
- Age between 21 to 38
