Role ::
·           Recruit /Train advisors.
•         Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
•         Focusing on advisor and  retention.
•         Focus on Customer retention.
•         Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
•         Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Personal Attributes & Competencies
•         Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team advisors
•         Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
•         Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold criteria

 Required Candidate profile ::

·         2 year Experience in Sales / MR/Banking

·         Graduation Mark-sheet (Final Year)

·         AGE : 21 to 38 years

·         Experience / Relieving Letter is required

·         Local candidate
