Job Description

As a Unit Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will lead and oversee a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
  • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
  • Must be local
