Job Description
As the Agency Recruitment and Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment, training, and development initiatives within the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies and build agent pipeline.
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing agents.
- Monitor and enhance agent performance and development.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and support their needs.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
- Must be local
