Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to oversee and expand sales activities within designated territories through our agency channel.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement sales strategies to hit revenue goals in the designated territories.
· To increase sales and customer satisfaction, manage and assist a group of agents.
· To promote business expansion, cultivate and preserve solid working relationships with agency partners.
· Find new business opportunities and seize them to increase your market presence.
· Organize training sessions to improve the product knowledge and agent skills.
· Track sales data, look for patterns, and write reports that are reviewed by management.
Requirements:
· Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
· Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
· Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
· Must be local
