Job Description
Seeking an Area Sales Officer with a strong background in life insurance sales management to oversee agent operations in the Agency Channel. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, recruiting and training agents, maintaining agent relationships, providing strategic insights, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals within the assigned area.
- Agent Management: Recruit, train, and supervise agents to expand the agency network and drive sales.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with agents, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
- Market Insights: Gather market intelligence, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve objectives and foster a productive culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record in life insurance sales management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Age between 21 to 39
- Must be local candidate
