Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and agent support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license essential.
