Job Description

The Business Development Manager is tasked with identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals. They will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to devise strategies that drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a successful sales background, and a deep understanding of industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify New Business Opportunities: Research industry trends and market developments to uncover potential opportunities.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and finalize business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate on Marketing Strategies: Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Analyze Sales Performance: Evaluate sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Report to Senior Management: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on business development activities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
Experience: Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive.
Sales Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage changing priorities.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
