Support agency partners in effectively selling life insurance through lead generation, prospect evaluation, and sales assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Assess and schedule appointments for agency partners based on lead qualifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.
• Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
• Keep informed about industry trends and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in insurance products and regulatory knowledge.
• Must reside locally.
