Lead and develop a high-performing team of life insurance agents within the agency channel. Focus on recruitment, coaching, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and strong relationships.
Responsibilities
· Lead & coach life insurance agents to sell policies & grow revenue.
· Recruit top talent & build a strong sales network.
· Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
· Partner with agencies & stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
· Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in life insurance sales management, preferably within the agency channel.
· A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
· Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
