Job Description
As a Unit Sales Manager in the agency channel of our esteemed life insurance company, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets through effective leadership, training, and performance management of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents within the agency channel.
Set and achieve sales targets for the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve company goals.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall company performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the life insurance industry.
· Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
· In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
