Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents within your assigned territory.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing agents with in-depth product knowledge, ongoing support, and strategic guidance to help them sell life insurance solutions effectively.
Collaborate with agents to identify client needs and tailor life insurance solutions that meet their specific financial goals and risk tolerance.
Become a product expert, staying up-to-date on our life insurance offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and effectively communicating this knowledge to agents.
Partner with internal teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth within your assigned territory.
Proactively address agent and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
